Katie Keller Reddy is an accomplished executive and consultant in the Financial Services Industry. Throughout her career she has built a reputation for exceptional results in strategic execution, operational excellence, and people leadership. She started her career as a financial advisor and then built a prominent consulting practice for financial services firms and mutual life insurance companies. She has led operations for fintech companies and startups in the financial services industry. During her various roles as Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, and Director of Strategy, she has honed her skills in creating collaborative change management impact through diverse stakeholders to get results. Through her consulting work she has focused on helping businesses shape their competitive strategy, build efficient high performance teams, implement effective innovation systems, and get results. In addition to financial services firms, she has supported technology, restaurant, and retail companies on market entry strategy, infrastructure and execution initiatives.

As a member of the PH Robb team and Head of Strategy, she drives special initiatives in the development and deployment of new technology and services. In her personal practice she helps founder and c-suite executives on value creation and risk management activities. Katie also provides value to clients who have already maximized their estate planning by finding additional ways to optimize tax efficiency and grow their wealth for generations to come.

Katie is fluent in foreign languages, passionate about human rights, and helping people achieve their dreams. She has lived and worked in many countries and has significant experience engaging and working with various cultures and diverse communities. At the young age of 18, Katie moved to Paris and put herself through school at La Sorbonne and The London School of Economics. Most recently, she completed an executive education Certificate in Competitive Strategy and

Innovation from the London School of Economics. She has devoted time to various domestic and international organizations focused on helping women and children. She has supported and participated in various joint consulting, diligence, and research projects with her husband; Kevin Reddy, a leading executive in the restaurant, consumer and technology industry. She and her husband live in Colorado and enjoy spending time with family and many of the outdoor sports and activities Colorado offers.
