Tiffany Perez

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Tiffany has been with the firm since 2014 and serves as the Operations Manager for the company. She is involved in the logistics of all major firm initiatives and is accountable for the case management, underwriting, and annual renewal processes for PH Robb agents and their clients. Tiffany works hand in hand with advisors to onboard them to the PH Robb agency, by managing all state licensing and insurance carrier contracting.

Tiffany’s organizational and leadership qualities were acquired in service to our country in the United States Navy as a Quartermaster, navigating LHD class destroyers while completing two tours overseas during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Following her Naval career, Mrs. Perez worked for the University of Phoenix as an enrollment advisor, while simultaneously earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with honors in 2007; followed by her MBA with honors in 2009, through the University of Phoenix in Tucson, AZ.

Tiffany improves the efficiency of PH Robb’s internal operations by leveraging new technologies and systems.
Renewals & Servicing

Tiffany manages the renewal and servicing of policies and conducts annual meetings with clients and advisors to review performance.
