Erica Kho

CASE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Erica brings 19 years of technical, operational and advisor servicing experience—all within the financial services and insurance fields. After gaining a strong background in financial analysis, securities and financial markets through her tenure at American Funds, she has spent the last 15 years in the advanced markets area of insurance planning.

The 15 years in the advanced markets has given her a deep understanding of sophisticated insurance strategies, to the point where she can design such strategies, analyze the financial metrics, as well as assist those involved in executing such strategies with regards to operational details (such as financial and medical underwriting). This is a major differentiator from other operations department of insurance agencies...who generally have operational personnel without real market experience.

She gained this experience first working within Pacific Life. Then she trained under an attorney who served as the National Director for The Affluent and Corporate Markets Group of AIG American General drawing on the internal resources that were available within the largest global insurance company at the time.

In 2008, she left AIG to work with one of her larger clients—Apheta—which worked exclusively in the UHNW space putting together billions of dollars of large financed and non-financed insurance portfolios.

Erica has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
